New & Old

ArchDaily readers, you’re probably more interested in my architectural portfolio at flagshipphoto.com. This here is a personal photo blog.

New. Old. New. Old. Or perhaps New/Renovated/New/Renovated.

Whatever the case, it’s a glimpse at my favorite street in the city. Sweet Bond. A two-block stretch of opulence and new sophistication. If I ever strike the lottery as a result of some hairbrained project borne from urban wandering I just might plunk down a pickup full of gold for a slice of this pie. A quick googly turns up a rental for $29,500 in the green building at left.

Whatever the case, it’s a quick walk from my work perch on Orchard and it does not disappoint.

Last day of 25.
