Veritable piles of work. There’s a fullness to it. It has yet to overwhelm, though it has certainly toed overtime. There is always something concrete to be done, finished. Here’s a folder of folders with hundreds of files, of which dozens will get polished into beauteousness for the client.
The point being the work isn’t abstract or conceptual. I have time, and I can put it into 100% necessary tasks that will result in satisfied parties. I need not ponder the depths of my head to think about potential new clients and how what I can create might benefit them in a way that makes them money far beyond my fee. The mind wanders of course, but for now there are tasks at hand, with the ticking tock nipping at my attention.
And walks in between.
