Getting Started

Phew. Not to get ahead of myself, but this is a good pile of affirmation for my preparation. The label is outrageously in focus. The lighting is right. The background is pitch. It broke. Last time I tried breaking champagne bottles they didn’t break.

It’s a nervous time, the waffling before the first test shot. Yes, everything is prepped. No, I can’t think of any things I’m forgetting. The triggers are set, the flashes are at the ready, yes. Yes. Everything is ready.

Hit the button, get into position in the ensuing ten seconds, then wait a few more to squeeze the release.

K’pow.
