I talked generally about hair preferences and then was told what was really going to happen, hairwise. The front won’t just keep some length, it will remain uncut. The sides will be short, the top back will be thinned, and that’s it. He seemed confident.

It looked mighty swell. I couldn’t even wear a hat home. ‘Twood’ve spoiled it. That fleeting fresh cut, straight from the barber’s hands and metal.

Quick portraits in the kitchen window. The last self portraits before this were after a haircut too. This year will be remembered through a well trimmed lens.

Looking good.
