Bluff’s Eye
Main street. Or parallel to it. Next to a river and beneath a bluff. There’s something wonderful about a major elevation within a city. A vantage point that turns to ants the citizenry.
A few days in freight train land, where a river is iced and great limestone mounds reach lazily skyward. Pickup trucks and camouflage and for-rent signs in the store windows.
Different.
