Boring white ceiling? Beam it. Cross beam it. Throw some wood up there and escape the contemporary addiction to white planar surfaces.

Seating aplenty in this upstairs room. How many stories could a restaurant go? Could one do a ten-story restaurant? Two is somewhat common, but what about three? I’d be curious to see it. And then thirty.

Eventually, perhaps.
