Suspended Fall
Ahh, the leaves. They’re on their way out. Though these have been held up in a bit of infrastructural traffic. Pooling at the edge of a rounded road. Really not doing a whole lot. Biding their sweet leafy time.
Fire alarms and squeaky floors fill the home. Thankfully they’re paired with thick swoons of curry powder, baking cauliflower, and miscellaneous oils that sizzle and pop and get moved by a human-held spoon.
