Crossing Paths
Suspended awnings and cylinders of glass. Such is the landscape of new Boston downtown. Schmancy automobiles, abundant valets, the occasionally shiny vespa parked next to a shimmering tree.
It’s a far cry from the near/arguably suburban street I’ve landed on. No longer will I walk all the way to work. It’ll be a walk to publicly funded rolling machines, which will glide into the center of town where the buildings get high and the workers get to it.
Tomorrow a commuter.
