Yesterday was insider speak. Today’s all front. Frontage. As in feet of frontage. Facings. Linear feet of impressionable space nearby to where the people (hordes) walk.

I know not the history of this store. But Rag & Bone made it their own with these letters, and a lavish window display (which I suppose is on the edge of inside and out, the retail demilitarized zone [decommercialized?] [no, not at all. dug too deep into this one]).

Whatever the case, an owner at some point created this great glass box that extends the store onto the sidewalk. Renovated the asset for maximum value creation, hoping to attract tenants who would appreciate it. Who could crawl into the shell and hang their shingle after inking a veritable mountain of legalese.
