Near sky embers as a constellation in orange. A broad swath of milkish light for added effect. It looks much quieter than it was.
It’s another splendid creation from perhaps ten minutes of 4th o’ J fireworks. Radically different than yesterday’s photo, yet captured with the same tool from the same chair. Other photos are similarly different, beyond original expectations, but within reach via layered experimentation.
It was a great diversion from the thick practice I’ve been laying on my architectural images. Dozens of variables to identify, learn to control, massage in Photoshop, and on and on. The above is pure blasting. Play and shaking and blurring and stretching and cranking dials in the moment.
Play and Practice.
