Threatened rain as savior. Temperatures meekly descending into the realm of desired living. The studio apartment turned from comatose sauna into startlingly efficient workplace. I could bill a billion bills for the hours I logged tonight. But instead I’ll just go to sleep satisfied.
Books finished. Bags packed. Gusabytes of data transfered, strategically reduntanted. Countless colorful rectangles discarded, played with, a single even uploaded to my low-cost printing press in the cloud. And dishes sparkled.
Hoping my relationship tonight with my bed will be less Waterlogged Sponge & the Sweatwhale and more comfortable human on hardly comfortable but entirely survivable block of forgiving grey matter.
Those’re fireworks above.
