Thick with technical headaches here. No pain, just drowsy swipes on a pad of grey with an uncooperative panorama of pixels. I’m about 38% satisfied with this one. But the week’s deadline (self-mandated) is approaching and I must crank it out, lest it consume the latter half of this week.
Thankfully I’m likely learning all kinds of things I’m not aware of. Spending time with the results, subliminally analyzing much whilst picking apart the top-of-mind (nagging) parts of it all. How to prep and stage, how to better shoot, how better to process and churn out the final products.
But it’s all without the oversight of paying (and possibly demanding) clients. That part of the equation is silent. No free sandwich to pay back. So it rests on my own reputation to myself. It’ll be nice to see an appreciative email from them to be sure. But for now, it’s for me and my afterwork hours of freedom to eat cherries, listen to podcasts, and grind through beautiful spaces.
Phew.
