The red trees are in full force in Boston. Red shrubs too. Little trees with wispy red leaves and bulbous trunked creatures like giant red lollipops. They are magnificent.
It might even be reason enough to have a yard. The possibility of a fully red-brick yard was mentioned, with a gorgeous red tree sprouting from its center. There might be a good-humored resident lion to boot.
Ain’t nothing like a pranky lion to catch your guests off guard. Maniacal lion laughter. That’s how you know your people have arrived. Paw-slapping, rolling-on-the-brick lion hysteria.
In time.
