To the Goalie

Agh. That moment. The emergence from assailants. A weaving sprint to temporary freedom. A second or two of reprieve during which the important decisions must be made. How do I turn this pointless self-victory into a pointful scoreboard addition? The nervous goalie unseen here, but the ball carrier can see nothing else.

Whatever the case, a lovely article came out today in Dig Boston that some of the local boys must’ve lobbied for. Well done. Succinct and fun. Stale-free. Four of my photos accompany it (if you follow here, you’ve probably seen’em all already.)

Having worked through all of the tournament’s images, now comes the real distribution of it all. To track people down and send them them? Or to simply make available everything to all and let them just sort through it already.

Work, good work.
