Any suggestions on the best living thing to place on one’s office desk? Part of me wants moss, but I fear the climate control settings (employees as literal bringers of climate change [albeit on a small scale]) are not dialed to dank forest levels.
Grass also came to mind, but eh. Maybe some small flowers. Bean sprouts? Desktop farmer? What about vines that wrap around the tabling system?
Fish? Hamsters? Lab rats? What about a parrot, trained to perch on my Aeron? Or a hawk that would roost on the front porch’s railing? Maybe I could become a full-blown pigeon keeper. Go out’n fly them each morning and as the day wraps up, a couple dozen swoopers all in formation over Back Bay?
I vote pigeons. And a tuft of moss.
I vote bonsai tree!
