Who touched it? Somebody touched it. Perhaps not them, but that ball is in a state of momentary flight, a centimeter’s-worth of millions of air molecules beneath it, buoying it.
So this look happens when I pace up and down the court’s edge, crouched down and squeezed into the peeling white boards. The lower the better. I guarantee this would’ve been more epic had I laid flat, rested the apparatus against the blacktop and fired upwards. But alas, rapid mobility is required when on court, and the supine human form is less than optimally responsive to charging rhinos/polos.
This coloration is very last year for me. Haven’t touched it much since. In 2010 it was blending warms and cools into the highlights and shadows (respectively). Though I occasionally will soak my images in a much subtler bath of this look, I occasionally throw aesthetic caution to the wind and just crank the settings to oblivion.
Sunday windy cold sunny polo.
