Boston has some serious money, that’s all I know. And what I continue to find out. Uncover. Discover. And apparently tap in to.
Suffice to say Boston has a couple hundred thousand students splashing cash into local coffers, plenty of major businesses headquartered, purportedly talent groomed in the most desired institutions of intelligence, and on and on.
Having danced around the idea of buying a condo, nary a studio can be found for less than $400,000 in even the (heavily marketed) “up-and-coming” neighborhoods. A dozen multi-hundred-residential-unit towers are inching upwards from Bostonian soil, but they’re all seemingly beyond even a generous single’s salary.
Interesting indeed.
