Windy Days
Polo. America. Rad Caps. High Life. Tattoos. Boston Parks and Recreation. Player tap-ins.
A blustery Sunday full of the good. The transference of human energy from the biologic furnace to the ball-bearing’d pedals that rotate as pedals spin and wheels turn. Limbs extended further by the mallets clenched through protective gloves, swinging wildly in hopeful accuracy at the orange sphere of obsession.
For those not saddled up, the arena’s boards are but a barrier to their frustrated longing. Hoots and calls to just wrap this game up already jeez ok? or alternately in whooping glee following an observed miracle of motion.
That was Sunday.
