January Spring
And it has begun, the return to proportionate office life. Off to a splendid start on the most superb of waveringly-sunlit days.
Finishing off this book “The Drunkard’s Walk” about randomness in human experience, societies, general statistics, etc. Gets to the core of some fundamental flaws in how our brains make sense of the world. I’ll end here with the most catching line of text I’ve seen in quite some time:
“Perception requires imagination because the data people encounter in their lives are never complete and always equivocal.”
Yes indeed.
Nice photo.
