It’s an amazing thing, the aluminum Apple. An apparatus of computation. Of processorial power, of access to the world’s information. A slate of black plastic keys, taking my fingertip taps for years.

The everyday relationship between man and machine. A coming together of sorts. The twenty-first century tool. Done well. No detail skimped upon. A premium price for a well-thought-out object.

I suppose this is some drawn-out praise for Apple products. I cannot deny it. I will pay more for a device that I will interact with for countless hours through the seasons. For a pleasant experience with the very enabler of my self-work.

Work and words-per-minute.
