Straight Sphere
The first intent was to see it as stripes of color. From far away they look blended at left, sharp at right, and rough in the middle. But then it turned into this strange study of gravitational perception. If you simply imagine that this is what the side of the world looks like, it somehow seems alright.
But of course it feels more like that plane will slip off that runway, and the barely visible container ship in distance will all but tumble down, crumpling its great steel nose on the frame’s edge, spilling its colorful rectangles into a heap of worldly goods almost surely to be the subject of wild insurance claims.
Whatever the case, well, I don’t have anymore even to say.
