Admittedly I sleep better now that I’m running, but it’s clear that I’m not sleeping enough. That may soon change. There may soon be many a change. It’s all part of some newfangled expensive experiment. Or evolvement.
The level of sensefulness ebbs and flows, of benefits conceived and other realities uncovered, of the most local issues (even self-contained) and then of the macro, of the global. Of comfort, actualization, satisfaction, hunger, wonderment, etc.
There’s always change, and almost always if there is change there is opportunity. Which I’m fascinated by. Hour-to-hour physiological and emotional changes to the day, month, decade, etc. In everything that exists, especially the biologic and systemic.
And parking lot views.
Sounds a lot like what’s going on with me lately. Always tired and having a lack there of energy…just so much to do. HAHA.
