Three minutes to midnight, another in a string of long and generally productive days. Yesterday was entirely in the service of the present, whilst today chimed of future potential.
My life is two things. Hard, honest work (generally in the creative realm and supporting administration), and chance encounters. One leads to the other, and back again, and that snowballs into myriad little and humongous opportunities.
Do good work, throw that time into the void, expend it with no expectation of benefit. It’s done out of passion, necessity, obsession, and other motives. And some external party always seems to take notice. And it goes from there.
To Friday.
