At the ripe age of 23 I’m all of a sudden the elder in the collegiate realm. The fifth year student (standard at Northeastern), the kid who’s worked three separate co-ops (six month paid work engagements) and is finally moving on to the diploma-tic world realities (job hunt). The kind of kid who speaks on a panel to the younger crop to preach the acquired knowledge.
Speaking to please my former coordinator that did so much for me. Speaking to potentially meet or make an impression on 50 odd students. Speaking because one of them just might turn out to be an incredibly fascinating person with shared interests, complimentary experience, and a walloping dose of ambition and lifefullness.
Suffice to say this wasn’t the original cropping of the image. It didn’t quite work as shot. And so I wrangled with it until this came about. There’s a strangeness to it. And that’s up my alley as of late. And that’s what’s up.
Spectacular beginnings.
