A temporary dance floor, exposed brick walls and a gang of dancers fortuitously stumbled upon/textedly invited to document. Yesterday’s post was the show in action, today’s is the show pre-action. The activity that precedes the performed movements.
A room of thirty in various states of readiness. An indefinite but impending deadline for the night, all in the name of practice to perfect, or to smooth over imperfections to the extent that they’ll be unnoticeable by the audience. The refined and astute eye will notice, but I will continue to swim in my oblivion.
