To be fair, some of the performers were in dresses, but these leotarden folk were the permanent cast in one space. All part of a dry run of a show taking place semi-simultaneously on five separate stages with a rotating cast of nimble dancers. Confused? Worry not, we’re in the same boat.
This is a relatively extreme crop from an image that showed perhaps six people in line along with much of the containing space. A veritable carnival of legs.
Realizing now their garments may not technically be leotards. And just want to point out that their tights had a mighty shine, it’s not some dreadful overly-processed Photoshop adjustments causing those thin contours of light riding their quads.
To sleep now, good luck ya’ll (performance runs Thu-Fri in that South End block of galleries, 460 Harrison).
