OK, a slightly unfortunate expression, and it doesn’t represent how I felt at the time of this image (actually a frame from a video), but it’s exactly how I felt before Amazon.com did some really incredible customer service for me. An unabashed plug right here, Amazon took what could have been a major headache concerning an ostensibly delivered package (containing books on g-design, photo, philosophy, a.k.a. the usual) and gave an immediate and sincere human-generated apology and an overnighted re-order from Nevada at no cost. Holy cow, Amazon, despite being a low-cost provider competing largely on razor-thin margins thanks to from 21st century embracement of computerized efficiency, you’ve provided excellent and prompt beyond-satisfactory and downright impressive customer service, further cementing my love for your company.
OK, got that out of my system. This is what home’s like. It’s a mini-cooper and a lake and a beautiful autumn day. Flown into a weekend of paradise (via yesterday’s Wing). And thus I document it. I set up the camera and record it. This is what life at one point was like.
I don’t think I’ve posted a frame from a movie before here. Maybe once. Whatever the case, at Blog resolution it’s 100% good.
Back on the East Coast now.
