
The Religious Dive
And the water accepteth those who come over it, drawn down into the depths of the chlorinated blue. The distant rumble of faraway splashes when you’re beneath, the enveloping pressure, the creeping desperation to surface to the breathable space above.
Laying next to the diving board offered a great vantage point to the bodies that would fling into the weightless abyss. A spinning, whirling chaos followed shortly by the violent descention into the liquid.
Something like that.
