Scramble

S’more polo action from the town of the yankees. Hanging out behind the goal, watching a fellow poloist on my bike tending the goal. Turns out it was too big for him. Fit only for uncomfortably sitting in the net.

Speaking of closeness, this is close. Close enough to feel the breeze that wafts by in the wake of the walloper. Close enough to see the little hairs of legs, suspended in some kind of Manhattan humidity.

Champions, newcomers, comers from afar, all mingling on the asphalt, making plays and scoring goals.

To Wednesday!
