And the light experimentation continues. Despite all I’ve learned I still don’t have a firm grip on exactly what I want. Though I suppose I know how to technically arrange the strobes to achieve whatever I do end up wanting. OK what I’m trying to say is I’m not entirely sure how to light these rapidly undulating thousands of strands that envelop my skull-sized kingdom*.
It’s all really just screwing around, or rather somewhat directed and intentional screwing around. OK trial and error. The challenge is to continually envision new possibilities, set up to test them, evaluate, further brainstorm, continue continue repeat repeat.
My desk now overlooks a wonderful children’s paradise – a day-care’s playground that is intermittently mobbed by hoards of joyous three-foot fanatics. Just sayin’.
