In this circus of life (or of choreographed beings), there are moments of strangeness. But only if you curate space by framing it. And by cutting out all sound. The photo here is stripped of most context, not entirely, but it’s certainly not how it felt to be there.
Two things here – an expired dancer on a foam cylinder, legs all up like a dead bug. And second, an incredible array of quadrilaterals of all shapes and sizes. Door frames, light switch panels, molding, carpet, cropped audio gear… and then a mess of rope in the corner to throw it all off.
Loaded up on art books today, and perhaps more excitingly, a beefy hard drive to further complement my multiply redundant data backup system through the introduction of offsite storage.
And all was well.
