Whiplash Aftermath

People generally look natural. Their motions, expressions and overall look are borne from situation and circumstance. But when the shiny blackness of the barrel of a lens is brought into the picture… well, that’s when it gets tricky.

Girls running hands through hair is possibly evolution’s greatest achievement. But it looks so painfully terrible if forced. If not done out of absentmindedness and general instinct or impulse… life may as well end.

And so the point of this all relates to my less than expert but continually improving model interaction skills. If model = a person in front of my lens. Yesterday’s photo was a direct result of a solid connection with the subject.

Today’s photo is what happened to her after the wonderful mess of hair thrashing overtook her brain’s balance bureau. An entirely unstaged pose.
