I wanted to capture a Pour Shot. That action packed image that freezes that which is a blur to us, especially in a state of delayed alertness. It would crack a big grin.
At second glance, it seems as though the framing of this isn’t optimal, or at least fair. The left side of the glass is much more represented, with the thick black line growing at its edge. But I think the right side of the glass’s blackness has been obscured by the liquid. Some optical law that shows liquid extending into the container it’s held by, so that the liquid becomes the final edge. Perhaps.
Definitely looking forward to shooting more images like this. This is a bit blurry for various reasons, and that can be corrected.
Beauty, life.
