The most epic winter polo tournament of the century commences tomorrow morning. Attendees were in full force tonight at the local court before the action moves indoors up the street at Hockey Town U. S. A!
I’m not sure what I’d call this, beyond perhaps a quick preliminary survey of wintertime leg and footwear. It’s really the kneepads that make it, all turned about at the ankles, ready to spring into action at the drop of a mallet.
Additional photography from the weekend may be sparse as I may work something out with a publication that needs to keep wraps on the goods til press time.
Long. Tired. Cold. Wonderful. Weekend. Starts. Now.
are you renting a 5DmkII for this?
just scratching my head, 7D better for action.
I wonder what the lights are like inside?
I’m dual wielding a borrowed 5DmkII and my 7D. 50mm 1.4 lens on the 5d in anticipation of low light. Mainly fisheye on the 7D. Dunno how it’ll all turn out.
