After the Ski

No post yesterday due to a most pleasant weekend getaway. Cross country skiing, togetherness, and a camera in hand throughout. This is from my “hold it, gotta shoot a quick family portait OK?” series.

Something about this photo really resonates with me. There’s a quirkiness to it. The non-Gus members are somehow scrunched and far away. One is mid-bite into a cookie. The others simply look on.

But it’s a family portrait nonetheless. And it’ll live on.
