Chain Link and Stars

Another packed day at the park, and thanks to the ever kind boss for an early release! (an extra hour of sunshine) This fellow asked me for a photo and, as has become customary for me, I ask’em to whatever it is he wanted about ten times while I struggle to find some kind of a decent angle and generally decry the distracting and/or mundane backdrop that surrounds the park’s chain link.

I have typed and deleted and retyped this paragraph too many times, and I suspect it is general exhaustion and commitment to releasing only excellent writing (ha) that has stymied the progress of said literary element. I will now just spew my unedited thoughts without regard to much of anything. It’s a stream of consciousness on full blast.

The color’s great – very fall-ish in its warm earthen tones. His figure is impeccable with electric hands splayed out in delicate balance above the grounded feet, stuck onto the oval of sandpaper he rides. The chain link shadows throughout are marvelous. The blues in the shadows are perhaps a bit extreme in their unrealisticness, but are a great foil to the orange everywhere else.

That is all.
