On View - Starting March 25

Good word arrived via email today that four of the five images I submitted to be considered for Northeastern University’s spring student art show were picked.  It’s an annual (perhaps semi-annual) show with work that is juried by the arts faculty, and… well that’s about all I know.  This will be my first time having any work hung in a gallery space, so I’m quite excited.  According to one flyer, the show will be running  from March 25 through April 8 of 2010 in the 360 Gallery on campus.

These four shots were all made during my time on a container ship (Los Angeles to Hong Kong), using a tripod and a timer on my camera.  The top left and bottom right images were combined from two separate images using Photoshop.  They can be seen in higher resolution on the “Self On Boat” page, accessible via the small-lettered link on the top right of my site.
