Asphalt Heart
Street photography, perhaps a bit too literally? A snippet of memory from a lunchbreak long past. An exercise in the utilization of space, the square footage of which is always set at market prices. Whether printed or occupied, hung or stepped upon.
A veritable fashion survey of Boston’s July walkers. Pant color and cut. A document of physiological characteristics, of stride length and arm enthusiasm (or whatever arm-swing is actually called).
Strangely looking forward to this road being pummeled by ice, ensheathed in the whitest sky-given granules. Of the under-foot crunch and cushion, of changes of friction coefficients of everyday surfaces.
Eventually inevitable.
