Reach & Stand
Similar to yesterday’s, this is something of an offbeat shot that just sings to me, even if it’s a bit off pitch. I wouldn’t call it strangeness. There’s no oddities. Rather I think it’s a tension of an in-between moment.
Partly it’s Man Right’s sliver of leg and forearm that so nicely fit into the frame. Partly it’s the color, that blue that’s being crushed by Man Left’s comfort, popping out of the frame amidst rather duller tones.
I don’t know. Left the house at seven, got back at ten, ran until eleven. Not a day of immense leisure, but thankfully plenty of reading in the transitions.
