Rapids of Beer

Before I ramble on and veer wildly off topic, I will plug my inclusion in Panopticon Gallery’s summer group exhibition. Thursday from 5:30-7:30 marks the show’s opening, KENMORE SQ T-stop, inside Hotel Commonwealth (Across from the Citgo sign). I’ll be there. My work will be there too, three shots from the breaking beer bottle series, hung smack dab between the bathrooms. Highest foot traffic part of the gallery? Check.

Some distinguished photographers have graced this very spot, their rectangles dangling silently above the water fountains. One was so disgusted upon discovery that his prints were situated on such an egregious wall that he threatened to pull out of a show and cut all ties in a fit of artistic rage.

Not me though. I’m thrilled. Stop by between 5:30-7:30 and see how very thrilled I am. And I’ll introduce you to the man behind the desk, Jason himself. Thanks J.
