Dozens of gigs of video from a couple hours of bouts tonight at the finale fight night of a local gym. It will be edited, it will be in slow motion, there will be some kind of sound that soothes and improves the moving picture. Haven’t shot any video recently and ringside, shooting literally through the ropes, was a good place to jump back in.
The lines throughout this image are way out of wack. The only true vertical is seen in the pipe at right. Everything else has been distorted and bent by optics, skewed by the realities of perception, etc. And that frame on the wall… it’s just not hung straight. And those table legs? Those are indeed some extreme table legs.
Looking back I’d have moved the stuff on the radiator, floor, and table out. They do nothing but… make it look like my kitchen is a bit unkempt. Perhaps.
To sleep now after a cup of sleepytime tea.
