A post from the road here, drawing on yesterday’s pool of selfs. A most varied shoot (see previous post), but all resolved in a time less than the washing of a load of laundry. Time as measured by activity.
What I’m not sure about here is what’s being said, communicated by both this expression and the overall photo itself. Given a lack of context (not accompanying an article or adorning a profile), it’s… so widely interpretable as to be anything it needs but nothing at all if there is a lack of need. Time as stopped.

Travis – It’s the gold foily side of a zip disc, 42″ I believe. Plenty of inconsistencies in the surface, little wrinkles and whatnot, so it caught the light like this.
