Today, Boston was to Uhauls as New York is to taxis. Now fully moved after a day full of it I’m typing from an entirely new villa (new to me). Clapton’s soothing notes radiate from the laptop speakers – his Unplugged album is one of the few collections at hand that sounds good through such feeble membranes.
This is the main lobby (mezzanine?) of the dwelling, first thing you happen upon once you’re up to the second floor. Choices include bathroom, elevation to third floor, my room, a closet, or progression into the living room.
Color’s wack, and I’m into it. While nicely painted, it doesn’t translate well photographically in its incandescent glow.
