Quite simply, the convergence of a couple of asphalt throughways. Four paths crossing, or rather two bi-directional avenues coming to a crossroads. Something.
I’ve looked at this over and over lately when thinking of a photo to post and finally the time has come. The camera lay dormant all day so nothing new has been captured, it’s 90 minutes past my needed sleep deadline so I’ll be pounding even more coffee at work tomorrow, and quite frankly I just need to dissolve into the bedding before me asap.
Butt his color works for me here – asphalt is so often just the blackness that we see, mostly actually gray, but at one time black. Faded over time baking in the sun, being relentlessly run over. Some touches of sidewalk for good measure.
