This pair of glasses has had its fair share of exposure here on the blog… here’s more! Didn’t get to shooting today until just a few minutes ago, a slew of handheld self portraits with a single bare flash. Better than nothing I say. But not enough time/energy to edit tonight. Glasses!
The true nature of the lenses is only seen here in the white reflected parts, which take on the green/yellow of the metallic reflective coating. The blackness is … well, totally black. I forget how the glasses were suspended, but I distinctly remember the alternating pieces of black and white foam core that formed some thick stripes to reflect into the lenses.
