And the sun gougeth the flesh, its fangs of piercing rays tearing away the mere biologic wrappings around my bones. Or it’s just an optics phenomenon. One of the two.
There was another of these last week somewhere, the on-the-court-but-away-from-the-action polo shots. I can assure you this wasn’t a hrmmm, I’ve been meaning to shoot sunflares… how best to achieve? Nope. It was entirely the realization that the very thing that was bringing me discomfort just might translate visually somehow.
Remembering the cold hard truth now, I was checking out my arm hair, something I generally take for granted. And so the whole sun blaring was an addition to the frame, not the point. However, the arm hair really isn’t the focal point here. You probably didn’t even see it ’til I pointed it out. Because that’s what arm hair is. It’s just there.
