Leaping with Hands in Hair

Yesterday’s post was the first shot, and this was probably not the 200th, but it was pretty far in. I believe a total of 240 exposures were made. Once jumping and multiple limb arrangement come into play, volume is the name of the game. Shooting, tweaking directions, shooting, reviewing in awe, trying to keep about eight elements consistent, shooting etc…

As anyone near me in the studio will confirm, I love hands in hair. But only if it’s done somewhat naturally. Or so long as it looks natural. I may have said hands in the hair is “the best thing to happen to humans.”

Plenty of other comments (gushing self-praise) on the photo, but I’ll leave that for me.

We add copyright info for my studio photo class as seen here. An excuse to experiment with branding via typeface.
