I have begun an internship of sorts with a local art gallery (Panopticon Gallery) and tonight was the opening of a new show. Stupendously attended, to say the least. I shot about twenty gigs of video and a couple of photos to boot.

This was a quick shot of the entrance/foyer/notsurewhatthisiscalled of the hotel that houses the gallery (Hotel Commonwealth), grabbed whilst scouting for some establishing shots for the video piece. What stands out to me here was how much I enjoyed photographing it. Which you can’t technically see. Unless my interest in it shows through in the quality of the work.

And all was well.
