Continuing on the metropolitan mass transportation theme, I present Ruggles Station in all its glory. Inbound, outbound, the occasional commuter rail train, they’ve got it all!
I particularly like what the fisheye has done to the ceiling above, warping into these waves of whatever they are. Less obviously, but just as sweet, is the brick down below.
Other highlights (literally and perhaps literarirly) include the tubes of brilliant fluorescence that fall into the background, leading the eye into the striped mess of stairs to its right.
